If you don’t know where you are going, how can you expect to get there? I’m an advocate of using a simple, usable marketing plan that will get you to where you want to go. Research shows that those who plan are most likely to succeed.

Website Critiques

If you're wondering why your website isn't working as well as you'd like, I’ll advise you on what you can do to improve it. I'll give you feedback on the overall look and feel of your site and address any design, usability and conversion issues that might be a problem. Finally, I'll review as much of your website copy as possible in the 50-minute meeting.

Website Planning

If you're looking to develop a new site or redesign your existing site, you can sign up for 1-2 strategy sessions. I’ll then help you plan your counseling or natural health website in order to achieve the best outcomes possible.

We’ll explore options for choosing a designer versus designing it with a template or Word Press theme, how many, and what pages you should have, and what elements you should consider having on your site in order to convert more website visitors into clients and customers, and more. I'll advise you on what works best and what doesn't from a website usability perspective, and show you where to find the resources you need to have a successful website.

(NOTE: If you sign up for one of my Copywriting Packages within 7 days of booking a consultation for  the purposes of a website critique or website planning session as described above, you'll receive a $100 credit that can be applied towards a Copywriting Package.)

  You'll complete a brief questionnaire about your business or practice and what you want help with. This will help you get focused for the meeting and will ensure you get the most out of our session. It will also save time because I’ll read it beforehand and know exactly the direction we need to take in the meeting.

• One 50-minute value-loaded meeting

  Whether it’s clarity, advice, or resources you need, I pack a lot into these sessions providing whatever will be the most helpful to you.

• A video recording of the meeting so you won’t miss a thing (upon request)

  You’ll be able to download the video recording of the meeting after it’s over. You won’t have to worry about missing important information or even taking notes during the meeting. You can watch/listen to the video as many times as you wish.

• An email summary of the meeting with concrete actions steps

  After each meeting, I’ll send you an email summary of the action steps that we decided upon during the meeting. This way you'll be clear on what you need to do next.

• Relevant marketing resources

  I’ll provide you with any relevant resources, recommended reading, worksheets and samples related to the content of our meeting. If I don't have the resources you need, I’ll make suggestions on where you can get them.

• Coaching Intake Assessment & Goal Planning Sheet

  You will begin coaching by completing a detailed questionnaire that serves 2 purposes: First, it helps you get clear on what your needs are, what is working and what isn’t, and what you really want for your business. Second, it provides me with an understanding of where you are at and your goals, which saves us time and helps move us forward faster.

• 2, 50-minute value-loaded coaching meetings per month on Zoom

  Our first coaching meeting (the intake meeting) will be 75-90 minutes. In the first meeting, we get our plan in place for working together. We’ll then set goals for the first few months, and I'll advise you on taking your first steps towards achieving them.

  After the first meeting, our coaching meetings will be 50 minutes in duration. Prior to each meeting, you’ll send me an updated “meeting preparation form” that outlines your accomplishments since our previous meeting and your goals for our upcoming meeting. This provides clarity and structure to our work and streamlines the path to success. It also saves time because we're ready to get to work as soon as we start the meeting.

• Email check-ins in between meetings to help keep you on track

  On the weeks when we don’t have coaching meetings, you will receive support and advice by sending me an update of your progress via email and asking any questions that you have to keep moving forward. This way you don't have to wait until our next coaching meeting if you’re stuck or have a question.

• An email summary of action steps to take after each meeting

  After each meeting, I’ll send you an email summary of the action steps that we decided upon. This way you'll always be clear on what you are to do next.

• Audio recordings of each meeting to ensure you won’t miss anything (upon request)

  You will receive an audio link after each meeting that you can listen to as many times as you wish. You won’t have to worry about forgetting the important information that we discussed.

• Marketing resources

  I’ll provide you with pertinent marketing resources, recommended reading, worksheets and samples as needed. If I don't have the resources you need, I will make suggestions on where you can get them.
