Setting Sound Preferences on Your Computer

For Mac

  1. Click on the Apple logo on the top left of your computer.
  2. Select “System Preferences”.
  3. Select “Sound”.
  4. Make sure the “output” and “input” is set to the microphone/headset that you are using. See image below.
