My marketing and website consultations on Zoom are for therapists and natural health care practitioners who have specific marketing problems they want help solving. You can book as many consultations as you like on a pay-as-you-go basis.

Answering these questions is crucial and impacts every step you take in your practice or business. After all, how can you market if you don't know who you're marketing to? I'll help you get these questions answered once and for all. You'll likely wish you had come to me a lot sooner.

Selecting & Implementing Marketing Tactics

Wondering which marketing tactics work best? The answer is…"It depends”.  It depends on your goals, type of business, your competition, how much time you have, how quickly you want to build your business, etc. The list of factors goes on.

If you're unsure which strategies are best for your unique business or practice, I can help you make decisions you'll feel good about implementing, and then support you as you put them into practice. Developing a Marketing Plan

If you don’t know where you are going, how can you expect to get there? I’m an advocate of using a simple, usable marketing plan that will get you to where you want to go. Research shows that those who plan are most likely to succeed.

Website Critiques

If you're wondering why your website isn't working as well as you'd like, I’ll advise you on how to improve it. I'll give you feedback on the overall look and feel of your site and address any design, usability, or conversion issues that may be problematic. Finally, I'll review as much of your website copy as possible in the 60-minute meeting.

Website Planning

If you're looking to develop or redesign a site, you can sign up for 1-2 strategy sessions. I’ll then help you plan your counseling or natural health website in order to achieve the best outcomes possible.

We’ll explore options for choosing a designer versus designing with a template or WordPress theme, how many to choose, which pages you should have, which elements you should consider to convert more website visitors into clients and customers, and more. I'll advise you on what works best and what doesn't from a website usability perspective, and show you where to find the resources you need to have a successful website.

(NOTE: If you sign up for one of my Copywriting Packages within 7 days of booking a consultation for  the purposes of a website critique or website planning session as described above, you'll receive a $100 credit that can be applied towards a Copywriting Package.)

• Time-saving meeting preparation questionnaire

  You'll complete a brief questionnaire about your business or practice and what you want help with. This will help you get focused for the meeting and ensure you get the most out of our session. It will also save time because I’ll read it beforehand and know exactly the direction we need to take in the meeting.

• One 50-minute value-loaded meeting

  Whether it’s clarity, advice, or resources you need, I pack a lot into these sessions, providing whatever will be the most helpful to you.

• A summary of the meeting with concrete action steps

  After each meeting, I’ll send you an email summary of the action steps we decided on. This way, you'll be clear on what you need to do next.

• A video recording of the meeting so you won’t miss a thing

  You’ll be able to download the video recording of the meeting after the meeting ends. You won’t have to worry about missing important information or even taking notes during the meeting.

• A transcript of the meeting
  

  You’ll also receive a full transcript of the meeting.

• Relevant marketing resources

  I’ll provide you with any relevant resources, recommended reading, worksheets, and samples related to the content of our meeting. If I don't have the resources you need, I’ll suggest where you can get them.
